Twitter's verification process adds weight to a TSN's authenticity and is currently identifying official accounts of “well-known artists, athletes, actors, public officials, and public agencies”.

Due to the nature of the attribute being examined, this module returns a Grade of 1 or 5 - there is no granularity between Grades 2-4.

If the TSN is Verified, a Grade of 1 is returned. Without being Verified, the TSN Grade for this module is 5.

Verified accounts are extremely unlikely (unless compromised) to generate spam Tweets or act in a twam-like manner, however, there are many more accounts in existence that are perfectly legitimate but are not Verified by Twitter.

Therefore, the weight of this module in the overall scan result is relatively moderate, but will not negate the other scan module results too greatly. It is thus theoretically possible for a Verified account to yield a number of twam-like attributes and still be classified as spammy in nature.
