retweet_frequency
description
The percent frequency of the last 20 TSN Tweets that were Retweets.
purpose
Certain twam accounts have been observed to Retweet spam-like Tweets from other (spammy) accounts in high volumes, sometimes *only* Retweeting spam and not posting a single regular Tweet.
Retweets are also posted by twam in an attempt to appear like a regular user and not automated software behind the account in question; Retweeting 'interesting' Tweets from legitimate Twitter accounts, as one might perform with good intentions.

notes
Retweets on Twitter are not necessarily a bad thing, and thru the use of Retweeting, relevant or important news and information is often pushed thru the Twitterverse.
Thus, a TSN that has a high Retweet percent frequency should not necessarily be deemed as twam, especially if the Retweets might be timely and are found to be useful source of information by many others.
